Mr. Carr has broad experience in private heavy mechanical and public works construction programs and projects, for domestic and international facilities. Project experience includes fossil fuel, nuclear, geothermal, and co-generation electric power plants; steam and gas turbine operation and installation; university academic and research facilities; natural gas pipeline and compressor station facilities; and site remediation. Clients include Pacific Gas and Electric Co., Pacific Gas Transmission Co., University of California, Walsh Construction, Bechtel, Flour Daniel, Balcke-Durr, Inc., and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and Thomassen Power Systems. Mr. Carr?s expertise includes program and project management, quality assurance/compliance, code compliance, claims management, site superintendence, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and project financial management.
Mr.
Eckwall has worked in heavy mechanical construction for electric power
and cogeneration power plants, facilities maintenance, property management,
electrical equipment supply, and the law enforcement. His expertise is
site construction management and inspection and material control. He has
worked with Bechtel, Walsh Construction, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries,
Exxon, San Diego Gas and Electric, Baalke-Durr, Inc., City of Fremont,
and University of California.
Mr. Ekstrand has 31 years experience in photographic and electronic remote sensing. He has extensive experience in techniques of data acquisition, geographic cataloging and retrieval, correlation, manipulation and exploitation and utilization of remotely sensed data.
Hans Kosten has 32 Years national and international experience related to planning, design, procurement, fabrication, construction, quality assurance and control, plant optimization, and operation of heavy industrial facilities including heat exchangers, pipeline gas recuperators, recipricating centriugal and axial compressors, gas coolers, air and water cooled condensors, generation and co-generation power plants, pipeline facilities,and industrial buildings and facilities.
38 years experience in construction contracting for pipeline, geothermal power plant, industrial facilities, underground piping and electrical installations, and civil engineering construction projects as job site superintendent, foreman, inspector, and plans and specifications reviewer.
31 years of national and international experience with private companies in power plant electrical and instrumentation construction, operation, and trouble shooting; heating, ventilation, and cooling systems sizing and installation; photovoltaic systems sizing and installation; and inspection of and start-up supervision for large power plant heat exchangers and electrical systems. Licensed general engineering contractor, electrical contractor, and hazardous substance contractor in California; and Certified Energy Manager by Association of Energy Engineers, and EPA Universal Certification.
During 28 years of administrative and office experience, Ms. Wimberly's responsibilities varied with 15 years emphasis in customer services. She developed techniques in pursuit of customer interest and satisfaction. She performed a range of activities from small office management to corporate customer relations activities. Ms. Wimberly has provided ongoing support for the corporation, staff and Board of Directors since AIMS incorporation in 1994.
During 33 years of public services Mr. Wimberly performed and managed a wide variety of public works projects, municipal services, and facilities management functions. His experience includes civil engineering, construction codes administration, land planning and development, capital projects construction management, environmental compliance, public safety services and city management.
Jack manages AIMS Corporations media and marketing division providing communications, public relations, IT systems and technical services for public, private and non-profit organizations. He manages teams of specialized staff and independent contractors overseeing large to small-scale projects.
